By using Galaloop you agree to these terms.
What Galaloop is
Galaloop is a place where people list, find and discuss pre-loved formal and wedding wear. Deals are between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to the sale, we do not hold payments, and we cannot refund you for a deal you make with another user.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or use Galaloop with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give true details. If you ask for ID verification, the CNIC must be yours.
Listing and selling
- List only formal, wedding and occasion wear that you own and are allowed to sell.
- Describe it honestly: real photos, true condition and accurate measurements.
- No fakes or replicas sold as originals, no stolen goods, and nothing illegal.
- Mark items as sold once they are sold.
Buying safely
See the outfit before you pay, meet somewhere public, and never send an advance or “delivery charges” to someone you have not met. Report anything suspicious.
Behaviour
No harassment, spam, scams or offensive content. Do not try to get around contact hiding in chat. We may remove listings, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give Galaloop permission to show them on the site and in apps for as long as they are listed, and in our promotion of your listing.
Liability
Galaloop is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from deals between users, or for items not being as described.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with its date.
